A huge praise! After just 4 days on the market, my brother's house sold today to the first family that was interested! Praise God! It was a whirlwind of showings immediately when their house went on market. The family accepted their counter-offer at 2pm this afternoon and officially sold their house!
Prayer requests:
1) Please be praying for their house inspection. The house was built in 1986 so age does play a factor. God is good and gracious, and we are praying for a smooth close on the house.
2) Nate is currently living with Rosa's parents in Newberg, OR and starting work on Monday. Pray for his safe travels to and from work (1hr 30min round trip) and that his new job at Apple will be fun and exciting!
3) They will locate a neighborhood and find a few reasonably priced houses on the market by September 1st.
4) Rosa and the girls as they continue packing up the house in preparation for their move at the end of August!
God is good all the time!
