... from being new parents of a baby boy! Sarah is doing so well but definitely ready for Daniel Matthew's arrival. We haven't posted much about Daniel because we have been very busy with work, taking care of the twins, reimaging our house, and just having a blast with our family.
We have scheduled the C-Section for next Thursday, March 14th in the morning down in Ft. Smith. Doctors appointments and ultrasounds have been good and things have looked normal for everything except his feet.
At our last ultrasound, Dr. Bell saw both of his feet to be clubbed bilaterally (which means they are turned in). At first, we didn't know quite how to take the news with such uncertainty on what that meant for Daniel. We now know that clubbed feet are treatable, and we have been referred to a specialist in Little Rock. We have been strengthened through our own prayers and by the many that have known of his feet so far. We would welcome all future prayers for Daniel to be a strong and healthy baby boy and for this whole process to go smoothly.
This is definitely part of Daniel's story that we will be very open to talk about. We know that God has a great and wonderful plan for our little boy, and we look forward to welcoming him into this world next week.
