Mother's Day 2011

SARAH'S FIRST MOTHER'S DAY! 

Today was a very good day for all. We had our Baby Dedication at University Baptist Church this morning and celebrated Mother's Day with both babies sleeping through every event. We were prepared for every worse case scenario to come true at UBC (i.e. diaper blow-outs, mad hunger pains, messed up outfits) but they were fast asleep the whole service. It was absolutely amazing and we are grateful for the easiness of the experience.  

Sarah had a great day today as well. She treated herself on her first mother's day to a 3 hour nap this afternoon. She couldn't remember the last time she was able to sleep 3 hours straight because of the uncomfortable 3rd trimester and the previous 4 weeks with twins. Today the twins proved they can both rest at the same time throughout the day allowing us to rest for a bit. Now we just have to make sure the evening's follow the same results.
