Storms, Storms, Go Away

It has been quite the weather this 2011. We had the epic Snow-meggedon in February with a record 19 inches of snow forcing us to miss a total of 7 days. We then had an amazing 9 inches of rain in one day before Easter causing roads to close all over Fayetteville. Finally we have just recently had massive storms roll through Northwest Arkansas yesterday packing hail and tornadoes.

We have a stalled out cold front just north of us causing instability in our atmosphere (not my words but Weather Dan). After watching the tornadoes in Oklahoma City and moving this way, we decided to travel to Ft. smith for the evening. Sarah's parents have a storm shelter that will at least provide us with a security blanket in case something happens.

When you have little babies you are caring for, it is amazing the responsibility you begin to feel as a parent! We would appreciate your prayers for safety tonight and tomorrow.

I will try and do more posts about the babies very soon!
